Top Lage! Gemütliche Wohnung am Englischen Garten

The property is in a superb neighbourhood, only 5 minutes walk from the English garden, lots of restaurants, cafés supermarkets and underground station. It is a spacious apartment with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped and there is tons of storage room.

Getting the keys was a little tricky as we could not located the lock box. The photos Maxi sent were tiny and the explanations not clear at all. We were lucky an extremely nice couple who live in the block arrived and saw us struggling. They help us locate the box. We trued to call Maxi but there was no answer. The place is a little dusty (bathroom tiles, skirting boards,doors) and the splash back and drawers in the kitchen a little sticky, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. The couch has many stains. It would have been great have extra Pillows.

Parkplatz, Das Lokal unten ist am Wochenende sehr laut (Laute Musik).

This apartment is comfortable, well appointed, and perfectly located in a great neighbourhood. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with.
