The location of the house is very good, walking distance to Oxford Street. There are restaurants and cafes on the same street which is very convenient.
We stayed at Flat D which was located on the fourth floor. There was no elevator and the staircase was very narrow. It was difficult to carry heavy luggages all the way up to our flat. The wi-fi information should have been provided with the checkin information or should have been located in the apartment for quick and easy reach.

El apartamento está muy bien, está limpio y es correcto. tienes café, te, azúcar, un par de bolsitas de galletas, está bien.
Te deja papel higiénico y jabón para el cuerpo y pelo en todos los lavabos, se agradece.
La ubicación muy bien, cerca de oxford street y del metro.
Lo que menos me gustó fue que el propietario no se puso en contacto con nosotros para facilitarnos el número exacto de la calle (24-25) ni el código PIN de acceso. Tuvimos que comunicarnos con él y tardó un tiempo en responder, por lo que acabamos esperando en la calle.
Es un quinto piso, aunque debo decir que se sube con facilidad.
No hay enchufes adaptados, así que si vienes de otro país es recomendable traer adaptadores.

This property is 10 mins away from the underground (Oxford Circus/Goodge St) and located by a number of pubs and restaurants.
Its accessed by a code on the first door and keys from a lock box inside. The owner text us the instructions There are over 70 steps to the apartment on the top floor. Be aware if this.
The apartment itself was very clean and tidy. With all the amenities you would expect and plentiful tea and coffee (inc pods for a machine).
There are 2 double beds and a sofa. For some reason only single bed duvets were provided.
Beds were very comfortable and linen soft and crisp.
Showers had good power and plentiful hot water.
A hairdryer is provided. The heat override cuts in quite early on this so use it wisely.
We had an issue with the shower door which the owner sorted out immediately.
70+ steps to the flat. Some noise from outside where pub goers congregate on the street corner. Not too obtrusive though.

Locatie. De verhuurder contacteerde ons 's morgens om te zeggen dat we al sneller op de kamer konden.
Slaapzetel (matras vooral) was verouderd en van slechte kwaliteit. Ook lagen er nog etensresten in de slaapzetel toen we hem open deden. Appartement lijkt ruim op de foto's maar is kleiner in werkelijkheid. Volgens de omschrijving hadden wij een duplex appartement maar alles was op dezelfde ruimte. In de grote badkamer hadden we afwisselend koud en warm water uit de douche. Ramen zijn aan vervanging toe. Het is een lange weg met de trap naar boven voor mensen met veel bagage niet handig. De gang stonk ook naar het eten van het restaurant dat zich op de begane grond bevind. Aangezien we heel goed weer hadden waren we er enkel om te slapen dus al bij al geen hinder van deze mankementen.
Wel redelijk prijzig voor appartement met deze mankementjes.
Spijtig wel dat we op voorhand paar keer hadden aangegeven dat we om 9u gingen arriveren maar de verhuurder zei dat we er niet zo vroeg op konden dus hadden we bagageruimte gehuurd in de buurt voor wel wat centen en de dag zelf bleek dat we er wel op konden en konden we ons bagageruimte niet meer annuleren omdat het net te laat was.
