Clean and close to everything we planned for our trip

Property was easily accessible, clean and secure.

Very central

Too hot. They said that they have a portable AC but it wasn’t there. I kept asking for it and after 3 days, they sent 2 fans instead. We were supposed to downsize from a 3BR to a 2BR when our party size got smaller on 26 May but the management was confusing, asking us to stay in the 3BR (flat 2) when we were already packed and ready to move to the 2BR. The next day, we had to leave for an event and they told us at 9am to move when we got back in the evening. At 10am, they told us that we need to move, right after we unpacked. Quite infuriating. We went to the other flat but there were still people there! The management then advised to leave our luggage in the previous room and they will move those into the new flat. I’ve asked to speak to the manager multiple times but they always said that the manager was busy and they will ask for the manager to ring us. Never got the call. The new flat (2BR flat 4)’s dishwasher wasn’t working and the kitchen sink was not draining well. The sink disposal wasn’t working too.
