Appartement refait, moderne et confortable.
Emplacement idéal pour partir visiter la ville à pied ou en métro. 2 pubs très sympa à proximité et plusieurs petits supermarchés.
Équipement du logement très incomplet pour y manger à 3, pas assez de verres ni de couverts. Pas de tablettes lave-vaisselle ni de torchons.
Il manquait aussi les ampoules dans les lampes de la chambre !

The location is good
I recently stayed in this one-bed apartment, which is advertised as suitable for three adults thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was completely unusable, both as a bed and as a sofa. The sofa itself was so worn out that the cushions sank deeply, making it impossible to sit on comfortably. As a bed, it was even worse, the mattress was extremely thin, in poor condition, and noticeably spotty and unclean. We asked for an alternative and were told that no other option was available.
The living room also had a pouf that was very dirty and clearly not maintained.
Additionally, the towels provided were very small, and only one was supplied per guest, which was insufficient for a multi-night stay. There was also no hairdryer available in the apartment.
Overall, the apartment did not meet basic comfort expectations for three adults, and several items need urgent replacement.
