Met by George on arrival, who was a great host. He showed us round and made sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was clean, well appointed and excellently situated very close to Oxford Street and other attractions.
Some steps and narrow doors, so probably wouldn't be great for physical accessibility needs but I couldn't fault the apartment or the host for my own needs.

George let us leave our suitcases in the building waaay before our check-in time and was generally friendly, easy to reach, and helpful. The apartment itself was neat, tidy, had everything we needed, and you can't even hear any traffic despite being in the centre of London!
We have nothing to complain about!
