Great Portland Apartment

Apartamento recién reformado. Totalmente equipado. Muy bonito y cómodo. En comentarios previos había leído quejas respecto a la comunicación con el anfitrión, falta de menaje en la cocina o que habían reservado 1 apartamento con 2 baños y sólo había 1. En nuestro caso no tuvimos ninguno de esos problemas. La comunicación fue constante antes y durante el viaje. El apartamento espectacular y con una ubicación inmejorable. Además hay 2 supermercados muy cerca y está rodeado de restaurantes. Se puede ir andando a muchas de los principales puntos turísticos. Para finalizar, nos dejaron dejar las maletas en el piso un poco más tiempo de la hora del checkout.

Lo único a tener en cuenta es que era un cuarto sin ascensor. No es lo ideal pero para nosotros no fue un problema. Habría que comunicarlo previamente para gente con niños o problemas de movilidad.

If you want your trip to be completely unpredictable, then and only then should you choose this flat! Even after several exchanges of emails, they still haven’t provided the contact details for the office where you can leave your luggage on arrival and departure, and we still don’t know this, even though it was mentioned in the first information email! They arranged an in-person check-in, but after an hour’s wait and repeated enquiries, they sent us a code?! The fifth bed hadn’t been prepared; according to them, this isn't an approve: "I can confirm that we have enough space for an extra bed in your apartment. The total cost will be 100 GBP for the two nights. I will proceed with this arrangement for you." we wasted hours on communication and waiting; in the end, we had to find luggage stores and missed a pre-booked activity. The flat was fine, but the communication was dreadful.
