Welcome to Villa River View in Cape Coral, your exclusive home away from home in Florida. The villa is located directly on the Caloosahatchee River, making it the perfect starting point to explore the area by water. From the private boat dock (lift on request), you can embark on unforgettable trips to Sanibel or Captiva Island, where beautiful beaches, dolphins, and pristine nature await you. Despite the quiet, natural location, shopping, restaurants, and leisure activities are within easy reach, so you won't miss out on anything during your stay.
The villa offers approximately 3100 square feet of living space on one level and can accommodate up to eight people. Four comfortably furnished bedrooms, all with king-size beds and TVs, ensure restful nights and ample privacy for any group. The four bathrooms are high-quality equipped – three have a shower and toilet, while one also has a bathtub. This ensures private retreats. The large, open living and dining area is the heart of the house: floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of light, and comfortable seating invites you to spend evenings together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for preparing meals – from an oven, microwave, and dishwasher to little extras like a coffee maker (including a Keurig machine), toaster, blender, ice cube dispenser, and a large refrigerator. A washer and dryer are also available, making longer stays easy. High-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, and a Sonos sound system are also available, so you can stay connected or enjoy a relaxing movie night and music.
A special highlight is the villa's outdoor area. The heated pool with jacuzzi guarantees fun and relaxation at any time of day. The pool uses a saltwater system, making the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. It's essentially a freshwater pool without chlorine. No more irritated eyes. On the covered terrace or under the Tiki Hut, you can enjoy sunny afternoons or balmy evenings by the water, while the comfortable pool loungers and a gas grill provide additional amenities. Thanks to the provided cooler, beach chairs, and towels, trips to the nearby beaches are also easy.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
