About this villa rental
Welcome to Villa Pura Vida, where every sunrise feels like a private masterpiece painted across the Caloosahatchee River.
This fully remodeled 4-bedroom, 4-bath retreat blends modern luxury with the laid-back spirit of coastal living. Step inside and be captivated by open spaces filled with light, elegant finishes, and panoramic river views that stretch endlessly beyond the glass.
Outside, a resort-style pool deck awaits—soak in the warm Southwest sun as boats glide past, or retreat under the screened lanai where palm shadows dance across the water. Spend the afternoon lounging in the Tiki Hut, cocktail in hand, with gentle breezes carrying the scent of salt and sunshine. As daylight fades, gather at the large boat dock—perfect for fishing, boating, or simply listening to the water lap against the piers.

Here, time slows down, laughter lingers longer, and every moment becomes a memory lived in full color.

We’ve traveled to Cape Coral every summer for more than 10 years, and this home is one of—if not the best—we’ve ever stayed in.The moment you walk through the door, you’re captivated by the breathtaking water view and the beautiful modern décor. The home is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Three of the four bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms, which made our stay even more enjoyable. And let’s not forget the coffee bar!!! The outdoor living space is truly its own paradise. Whether you’re relaxing in the hot tub, enjoying the pool, gathering under the tiki hut, or cooking in the outdoor kitchen, there are countless places to unwind and enjoy the Florida sunshine. This property exceeded our expectations in every way. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional Cape Coral vacation experience.ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING
