We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house on the canal. The location was peaceful and picturesque—waking up to the water each morning was such a treat. The private pool was sparkling clean and the perfect place to hang out in and relax after a day of exploring.
The home itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed.
Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in easy and ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.
If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with great amenities and a true Florida vibe, this place is perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

This was our second time at the Savona Seaway, and we were impressed once again. The amenities are excellent and everything was nice and clean. The temperature of the pool were pleasant and thanks to the gorgeous mango tree in the backyard we could find some shade around and in the pool (great when you have kids! Less sunexposure!) Shopping, beaches, and golf courses are within easy reach. Communication with the owner was excellent.
This certainly won't be our last stay!

Great 9 day stay boating and relaxing by the pool with friends and family.I would recommend this home for anyone with or without a boat.The 5 minute ride to the open water is a huge bonus we will definitely be back.

The house is wonderful! Everything was clean and many things were brand new. The location was excellent for us: the beach wasn't far away, and it was also easy to get down from the cape. Supermarkets and restaurants were nearby. The direct access to the water and the available kayaks were great! Our daughter loved the pool. The contact with the owner was very friendly. We highly recommend this house and will definitely try to come back!
