I was blown away by the utter experience of staying in this beautiful home and the view of the ocean. The home was huge and there was enough room for my entire family and then some if we needed extra space. The lanai was a special treat with the bar, pool, and music system. The view was lovely!! I vacation every year and this was by far one of the most beautiful homes I have ever stayed in. The neighbors were super sweet and the police presence in Cape Coral was a joy to see. I honestly felt like I was in one of the most secure and safest spots in the country. The food was so yummy no matter where I went and Fort Walton Beach was a gem. Please, if you ever visit Cape Coral stay at this home and enjoy!! Mariana and her husband were prompt and helpful if we needed anything. They were great!!

This was our 3rd year renting this home and it never disappoints!! Love the home, the view and the location!! Highly recommend this rental, just not the dates we go ;)

We had 12 people ranging from 74-13, the house was absolutely perfect. The sunrises were spectacular! Everything we could have hoped for, we will absolutely stay here again!

Let me start by saying we’ve rented homes in this area for many years now and this is our first poor rating. We had a great time in Florida! We love the Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and. Sanibel Island area as we travel there every summer. The home was less than what we expected. It has tremendous potential but needs some updates. The kitchen faucet knob and the pool shower knob fall off when using. Most of the teflon coated pots and pans are scratched up and unsafe for cooking. This was a problem as we normally cook dinner half of our nights while on vacation. Beds were not very comfortable so we didn’t rest well. Pool table sticks are broken and worn out. However, the biggest disappointment is the pool/spa area. We’ve never stayed any where the pool and spa couldn’t be used at the same time. Even in spa mode the smaller spa area with most of the jets, did not work, which was not advertised as nonoperational. The pool circulation was poor with the pool remaining dirty all week. Most of the pool flow jets had minimal or no water flow. No pool skimmer was available so we bought one which was reimbursed. Property management finally told us a pool blower had been messed up and was ordered but wouldn’t arrive for our stay. Overall the home is in a great location with a great view but those 2 things don’t overcome all of the issues and updates that need to be made. I would not rent this home again unless updates were made and the outdoor area which is a huge selling point, was completely operational.
