Best Home in the Cape! Brand New Remodel! - River View! - Tiki Hut on the Water!

Over all the place is lovely. The dining room table and chairs need to be updated.

Very clean home and quiet neighborhood. Great location on the water. Home was great with no complaints. Comfortable and very relaxing stay.

Spectacular! Comfortable, clean and so well thought out for guests to enjoy. There are all of the comforts of home (good beds, fans, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, well stocked kitchen) and many extras (TVs, music speakers, good blinds in each room that made sleeping in easy, beach towels, beach equipment, an amazing Tiki hut with shade and a breeze). We swam in the pool daily, enjoyed fishing off of the dock, rented a boat, cooked outdoors under the lanai and had no issues with those pesty little No-Seeums. We will be back!

The worst part about this beautiful home was leaving… We are a hardworking couple from Indiana that vacations in Cape Coral Florida twice a year. We have stayed in a few houses during our visits, but we have never rebooked the same house. We finally found the one! We will rebook this house every single time. Here’s why: First of all, Michael the owner is extremely nice and very responsive; he cares about your experience at his home. The house had EVERYTHING we needed during our stay. We also liked that useful items such as, sunscreen, dryer sheets, laundry soap, cooking oils, unopened beverages, hand soap, foil, etc from previous occupants were kept for the next ones coming. What few items we did buy for the house, we left for someone else to get use of too. The house was also SUPER clean upon our arrival (the garage floor was even mopped!). The beds are real comfortable which is always appreciated when staying anywhere. There are plenty of towels for showering and beach towels as well. No part of the house is broken, or in need of repair. FISHING: Wow! Wow! Wow! We caught lots of different fish- catfish, lady fish, gar, and several nice size sharks! We both share a love for sharks, so we felt bad when we reeled them in, but we safely released them all back. There were several that were waaaay too big to get reeled in and they snapped the line, or ate through our leads. The tiki hut on the dock was PERFECT for many hours of fishing and relaxing. The Florida sun is unforgiving so it was nice to have the shade and the fan on under the hut. We spent most of our time out on the dock for many reasons. The view is spectacular! The daily visitors of dolphins, lots of manatees, stingrays, and pelicans. There were so many boats coming in and going out to the river every day and everyone was so nice waving, and asking about our fish catching. It was so quiet and peaceful while we were outside either at the dock, or lounging around the pool area. The pool was very clean (a pool cleaning company came while we were on the dock fishing and did not bother us at all). There are several floaties and pool items to use as well. The patio and lounge chairs are super comfortable. There are fans over the patio area as well. Also, it was fun to watch TV while floating around in the pool. We are excited to rebook this house next spring. We guarantee you will love it too.
