Designed for comfort and flexibility, Waterloo can accommodate up to 3 king bedrooms upon request by converting the XL twin beds in the 4th bedroom into a king — ideal for couples, golf trips, and adult group travel.

Located in one of Cape Coral’s quiet waterfront neighborhoods locals call “Paradise,” Waterloo offers convenient access to beaches, boating, golf courses, waterfront dining, shopping, fishing, and family attractions throughout Southwest Florida.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests enjoy full private access to the home, heated pool & spa, lanai, and outdoor living spaces throughout their stay. Guests may also tie up a boat or jet skis alongside the dock.
Please note the boat slip is rented to a friendly local couple who may briefly access the dock to retrieve or return their boat. They do not access the home, pool, lanai, or guest leisure spaces and will not linger on the property.
Routine maintenance providers may occasionally visit during your stay to maintain the property, including pool service, lawn care, and landscaping. Providers are professional, respectful, and work quickly with minimal disruption.

• No parties, events, illegal activity, or disruptive behavior
• No smoking inside the home or within 10 feet of entry areas
• One dog may be permitted for stays longer than 7 days with approval & pet fee
• Recommended maximum occupancy: 8 adults for optimal comfort
Pool heat is included at no additional charge. Pool temperatures are weather dependent and may fluctuate during cooler winter months. The spa temperature may be adjusted by guests up to 104 degrees.

The house is older, but in very good shape. Very clean. We loved the neighborhood and location. Jen was fantastic! She immediately answered any question we had and quickly resolved a couple of small issues. The best service we’ve had in Cape Coral in the 15 years we’ve been coming down.
