Bien pero mejorable en muchos aspectos.
La limpieza puede mejorar en muchos aspectos. Había restos de cosas en el suelo de la cocina y manchas en el suelo. No habia cosas básicas como bolsas de basura. Tienen un patio interior con basura y con escombros. No hay secador de pelo. No hay colgadores en el baño para poner la toalla. Dejan solo un rollo de papel higiénico. No hay azucar o sal ni agua mineral (al menos una botella pequeña por si llegas por la noche). Además en booking pone una foto y una dirección que no se corresponde con la realidad. El taxi me dejó en el numero que ponía booking y luego nos dimos cuenta que habia que ir 100 números más alla en una calle con cuesta y con maletas. Por último, en un día de 1º con frio cuando llegamos estaba la ventana abierta y la calefaccion apagada.

Hôte au top et très arrangeant, bien placé et accès sécurisé par digicode, facile de se garer dans la rue (payant).

Nous avons apprécié le quartier, très calme. Un parc à proximité. Très bien desservi par les transports, bus proche et le métro à 15 minutes de marche. Le logement est fidèle aux photos, facilement accessible par les explications donnés par le propriétaire.

Emplacement.
L arrivé. Verrouillage avec digicode qui ne fonctionne pas .propriétaire tres difficile à joindre. Appart sale, machine a café, poubelle pas vidé, tache de sang et d excréments sur les murs. Pas de quoi accrocher vetement ou serviette ds salle de bain. Torchons sales. Propriétaire pas reactive du tout.
