The townhouse has 3 additional bedrooms that may be rented to other professionals (usually medical) and the main level and downstairs common areas are shared -- this includes a living room, two dens, a kitchen, laundry, a half bath, a dining area, and a deck. The common areas will be professionally cleaned on a biweekly basis at no cost to you.

A well-behaved pet will be considered for an additional fee of $250 (or $100/month, whichever is less).

You will be able to access the whole house with the exception of the other private bedrooms and bathrooms.
