About this house rental
This thoughtfully designed, open-layout studio will be the perfect walkable home base during your time in Charlottesville! A living room with pull-out sofa and storage, kitchenette, private bathroom, comfy queen-sized bed, and separate entrance are all yours.
Just a 20-minute walk from the downtown mall or UVA, a 15-minute walk to UVA Medical Center, and 5-10 minutes from restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, parks, and groceries!
This is the downstairs unit of a two-story house. You will have a separate entrance on the side of the house that will take you down through the laundry area that is shared between the two spaces and enter through a door with keypad lock that will take you into your apartment. There is an open layout, giving a more spacious feel to the home. You`ll enjoy a living room area, queen sized bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette (incudes a compact refrigerator, electric skillet, hot pot with steamer, microwave, convection oven, and coffee maker), as well as shared use of the backyard and fire pit area!
Please note we are currently waiting on a backordered part for the heating units, so the unit is currently being heated by two electric heaters. It`s not a problem getting the space warm enough with them, but I have added a temporary 10% discount to accommodate!
You will have the studio apartment all to yourself. The laundry area and backyard are the only shared spaces.
I live close by and am happy to help with whatever you need, but am always respectful of your privacy!
