Comfortable beds, fast Wifi, Cable TV with Movies and Sports, a well equipped kitchen, a beautiful Penny Floor in the Bathroom, a Private Deck with a Swing for those relaxing moments - what more could you want? (If you can think of something, its likely here . . .)
C'Ville Cottage is a Duplex with Two Units on Premises. (See Knotty Pine). Located in a quiet, established residential neighborhood, you will find The Caboose a quiet and friendly place, but know that it is not suited for parties or boisterous behavior.
Easy walking distance to UVA, the Stadium for football games, to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on your private deck, watching the picturesque trains ambling by in the distance. The Caboose is perfect for a getaway or as a home base when in town for longer stays.
Unfortunately, we have not taken any steps to child proof this offering so this home is not suitable nor offered for families with small children.

Loved the Caboose! Very cute, clean and has all the necessities. The deck is very relaxing and enjoyed the wild life. Beds were a bit firm but still comfy. The penny floor in the bathroom was super cool! The only thing as a need would be lighting on the sidewalk to see at night. Over all the caboose met our needs for a relaxing girls weekend.
