About this apartment rental

We are excited to welcome discounted long term (six month +) rentals at significantly reduced rates (30 or more days). Please inquire to comfortably sleep 4-6 guests in our two bedroom home, with a King size master's, Queen size guest room, and Queen size sofabed in the living area. The kitchen comes well appointed with all the necessary amenities to feel at home. A large dining room easily seats six guest for delicious meals at home. Definitely plan to warm up to the fireplace in the living area as you enjoy cable, DVD, and Blue-ray attractions on the 50+ inch flat screen TV. Allow each guest some down time as they enjoy DVD compatible flat screen TV's in each bedroom and secure internet service.

Perfect location. The property is convenient to shopping, restaurants, UVA campus, etc. The property is very comfortable, well furnished, and has everything you need. The Host is fantastic. Excellent communications and the check-in and check-out process is very easy. I would definitely book this property again.

This was my home for 18 months. Very comfortable. Appointed with all you need for short term or long term visit. Terrific neighborhood. Model host who is very responsive.

This two-bedroom condo is in a perfect location off Route 29 7 minutes from downtown and the University of Virginia. All you need is here three televisions, cable, towels and bath stuff, bedroom requirements, everything.
