Le propriétaire est réactif et agréable. L'appartement est très bien placé au centre de Harrogate. Parking disponible.
hall d'entrée vétuste et très malodorant, grand escalier trop raide ; difficile d'accès avec des valises (personne agée), appartement encombré trop de meubles et objets ; chambres encombrées, lits pas assez accessibles, cuisine bien aménagée mais ménage très sommaire. la poubelle sentait très mauvais et plein de vieux sachets. placards pleins de ce que les touristes précédents laissent, (ce n'est pas propre), bouteille de lait entamée dans le réfrigérateur, le congélateur trop petit.
