Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis. Super nette Gastgeber. Wir durften, obwohl wir zwei eigene Küchen in den Apartments hatten, die familieneigene Außenküche benutzen, damit es in den Apartments nicht zu warm würde. Bequeme Betten. Als Abschiedsgeschenk gab es noch Birnen!
Nicht ganz leicht zu finden, da die Nummer nicht außen dran stand.

Almost new accommodation with a very big bedroom and a really comfortable bed. The living room and kitchen have everything a solo traveller needs. There is a lovely front yard to relax in, and parking is available too. Armen is a wonderful host; kind, warm and attentive, and he made the stay feel genuinely welcoming.
The bedroom faces one of the bigger streets, so in terms of sleep peace and tranquility, it can get a little busy in the evenings and early mornings. Keeping the windows closed solved this completely, though, thanks to really good insulation. The living area is a touch cozy with limited natural light, but it suited me fine since I mostly used it for relaxing evenings in.

Расположение отличное, в стороне от пробок Еревана, с участка отлично видно Арарат. До Хор Вирап 30 минут на машине. Номер просто огромный, есть все необходимое. Кровать удобная, очень тихо и приятно спать. Хозяин очень добрый и гостеприимный, спасибо ему огромное!
Единственное, очень хотелось бы хлопковое постельное белье вместо синтетического. Но это мелочь, которая абсолютно не испортила общее прекрасное впечатление.
