Ideal location with parking within 10 mins walk of the bars and restaurants. Had everything we needed and communication from Vicky regarding access was good. A few lovely homely touches made it a bit more special.

This stay was brilliant, easy to access value for money clean and tidy, would definitely book again. Nice accommodation homely, additional extras left to use. Nice touch, credit to Vicki & sons. Would recommend for a nice weekend.
Stay wasn't long enough. This would have been a brilliant long weekend or even a weeks holiday home to see the sights and sound of Sunderland. Home to be back next year.
