Great place to stay for concerts, plays , shopping etc. central and convinient.

The property was really clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, much more than we're used to in the several AIRBNB we've rented over the years. There was cereal, milk, etc. The bottle of Rose wine and box of cookies was a classy touch from the owner. Communication was also excellent. Wished I'd known about this place earlier as this is my 3rd time in Sunderland

Ideal location with parking within 10 mins walk of the bars and restaurants. Had everything we needed and communication from Vicky regarding access was good. A few lovely homely touches made it a bit more special.
