A flawless stay — luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly located, with every modern comfort in it

I absolutely loved the location of Sunderland Villa Luxuria. It’s nestled in a quiet residential estate, which made it feel calm and relaxing, a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Despite how peaceful it is, everything you need is incredibly close. Sunderland Royal Hospital, the city centre, and major transport links are just minutes away, making getting around very easy. The neighbourhood felt very safe and well-maintained, which gave me real peace of mind throughout my stay. It suited our needs perfectly, whether for work or downtime, and I can see it being ideal for both short visits and longer stays. Having coastal areas, green spaces, shops, and other essential amenities nearby was a huge bonus. Overall, the location strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and accessibility. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

There was honestly nothing to dislike. The house is beautifully presented with modern, stylish décor throughout, and the attention to detail really stands out. Having three toilets, including an en-suite bathroom, made the stay extremely comfortable and convenient. The chandelier lighting adds a real touch of luxury, and the two TVs plus musical entertainment equipment made relaxing in the evenings a pleasure. Combined with the quiet, safe location and easy access to the city centre and Sunderland Royal Hospital, everything came together perfectly. It’s one of those rare stays where nothing felt lacking.

Comfortable stay in clean spacious house.

The location was simple to find. The host gave clear instructions and was accessible for any issues. The house was clean and comfortable. I liked there being a freezer and fridge to use that were on when we arrived. I appreciated the clean towels and bed linen and the ease of getting hot water.

Front door lock was a bit stiff.
