I went for this property because of it's size and more than one toilet. The location was good for where we wanted to be. The things like cooker, fridge and microwave were good.
Overall the property was very good
Although our bed was reasonably comfy the springs in the mattress were very noisy.
There wasn't any user guides for microwave etc.
An iron but no ironing board.
Not enough towels.
Not enough cooking utensils like basins etc. If I was to stay there for a week instead of only two nights, we wouldn't have been able to do much cooking. The metal pan sets were just too big. Not enough smaller pans

I had a wonderful stay at Sunderland Villa Luxuria. The property was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, with everything needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out straightforward. Everything was exactly as described, and I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Sunderland.
There was very little not to like about Sunderland Villa Luxuria. The stay was comfortable, the property was well maintained, and everything met my expectations. I had a great experience overall and would happily return.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunderland Villa Luxuria. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and having three toilets was a huge bonus for our group. The location was quiet and convenient, with easy access to local amenities and attractions. Check-in was straightforward, and the host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions throughout. We especially appreciated the free private parking and the homely atmosphere. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sunderland.
