Great place for larger groups and location is ideal

Location spot on, great price and easy to get to and access

Sofa bed is NOT comfy at all and for 2 people would be awful (luckily it was just me) House could do with a little updating / cleaning up as some areas were a little scruffy / dirty

Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend and return

The house was nicely decorated, and felt like home for home. The street was quiet. Secure parking.

The parking restrictions during the day were a nuisance, a permit would have been handy. The small parking space at the back of the property was difficult to get into. I have medium sized car and struggled to manoeuvre it into the space. The shower stopped working when the kitchen tap was on. The bath also stopped running at one point, not sure why. There was no antibacterial spray, and the washing liquid was almost empty so only did one time. A bit of dust on the chest of drawers and shelves triggered allergies.

Fantastic and surprising large little house!

The house looks small but do not be fooled! I would describe it as a TARDIS, bigger on the inside! Great location as we were going to the theatre in the city centre so really easy and cheap uber rides, house was clean, beautifully decorated and beds were extremely comfy! We had everything we needed for a brilliant girls weekend away!

The only problem we had was it was a very humid weekend and it was quite warm when we arrived, possibly some fans provided but due to British weather being unpredictable it may not be necessary.

Comfortable and great location for town centre

It was comfortable, clean and warm. Much bigger than we expected and the host communicated well. The location is perfect for walking into Sunderland centre for restaurants.

The post booking process was complicated regarding validating ID etc.

A fantastic property, a great home from home. Very clean, tidy, well decorated and comfortable surroundings. Parking was perfect, either at the front of the property or, with a tight squeeze in the back yard via a roller shutter.

A lovely home from home. We will definitely book again if we are competing in the area again.

We traveled to Sunderland as my daughter was competing in a swimming gala. The house provided us plenty of space to relax in between my daughter’s events.

A Washington line outside or a clothes airer would have come in handy to dry washing.

Couldn't regulate temperature on shower, too hot so had to use bath instead. Neighbour parked directly outside on second day and parking at back was a bit tight.

The location was very good easy to find and the key was left in a safe keysafe and was told where to find it was easy to unlock host was very helpful in letting me know where the key was and when the property was ready .

Exceptional

A beautiful clean home from home. Stayed over Christmas, daunted as my 10 year old didn't want to go anywhere for Christmas but home. He absolutely loved it and the owners made the house so christmassy with a tree and decorations. Everything is there you need, the owners available within minutes if needed. Highly recommend. Stayed in quite a few holiday lets over the years and this ranks for me at the very top.

Lucky find to take our daughter to university.

The house is very spacious and has 3 nice sized bedrooms, one on the ground floor and a bathroom upstairs and downstairs toilet. It's on a very quiet residential street and has secured parking at the back. Everything we needed for a home from home stay was there including had soap, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom and washing up liquid too. Gill was very helpful when we couldn't get the heating to work and answered all my messages straight away. Good location for local shops and delivery services to the house. We'd definitely stay there again.
