Cocoonr Annecy agency offers you the opportunity to rent Chalet Prairie, a charming, recently renovated 150 m² chalet, ideally located in Saint-Jorioz, just a few hundred metres from Lake Annecy, the cycle path and the village centre.
Set in peaceful, rural surroundings, this authentic-style chalet is the perfect place for a holiday with family or friends. You'll love its warm atmosphere, cosy fireplace in winter and large terrace with mountain views in fine weather. Its 900 m² private garden completes this idyllic setting.
The chalet comprises
Ground floor:
- Large living room with semi-open-plan kitchen, dining room for 8 and lounge around the fireplace.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200 cm), fitted wardrobes, mountain view.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined together, wardrobes, mountain views.
- Bathroom with bath and washbasin.
- Separate WC.
Garden level:
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined together.
- Bedroom 4: a single bed (90x200 cm) suitable for a child.
- Bathroom with shower and washbasin.
- Separate WC.
Outside area :
- Private 900 m² garden.
- Balcony / terrace.
- Private parking spaces.
Additional amenities:
Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available.

Chalet Prairie is ideally located in a quiet area of Saint-Jorioz, just 4 minutes' drive from the lake.
- Cycle path along the lake 2 minutes away.
- Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. 17 minutes' walk away.

Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Transport :
- The regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15, with a stop located close to the villa (Croix de Filly) make it easy to reach Annecy city centre (around 10 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, there are two parking spaces in front of the house.

- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
