Lovely rural setting, next door to owners property with pool area, sheep to feed, fully fenced back yard, close to town, beaches, cafes, walks, restaurants, friendly sheep. 2 bedrooms with ability to sleep 6 if needed (trundler under single bed), full bathroom, seperate toilet, kitchenette with microwave, air fryer,element, electric frypan, bbq if required.Paddocks surrounding. 2 bikes, paddle boards available.Shared laundry with washing machine and dryer. Very relaxing property.

The property is cool. We took our elderly mum. The entrance to the house is flat and was easy for her to navigate. The house is well appointed in Kiwi chic, very comfortable beds, bathroom with shower and bath is very tidy, address was very easy to find, 2 mins from the Warkworth Township. Steve is a top chap, nothing is a problem. The sheep on the other hand were a complete disappoinment, generally disinterested in us.
