About this house rental
Spectacular views of Matheson Bay and surrounds; very close to beach right next to accessway. Great location to stay and enjoy the lovely beach which is great for swimming. There are also many other attractions in the area - Goat Island, Matakana, many wonderful vineyards and lots of beaches and great walks are all closeby. Leigh is just a kilometre down the road where supplies can be obtained and a visit to Sawmill Cafe restaurant and bar is highly recommended. The house is very spacious with decks to enjoy the sun and views. There are two living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs area has a pooltable and dart board. There is also an indoor spa bath. This is an ideal place for a family. I have displayed some photos of the interior, all the bedrooms are nice and quite spacious. Plenty of blankets, pillows and duvets available.

Excellent location, very quiet surroundings and amazing views. The house is very clean and has everything you need and more! My kids loved the pool table and all the board games. The beach is just a short walk down from the house. Susan is a great, friendly host that has excellent communication. Our stay was fantastic. Will definitely came back! Highly recommend.
