The expansive lower level is perfect for those who prefer not to navigate stairs, offering a serene master suite with en suite bath, a spacious living room, dining area, full kitchen, and convenient powder bath. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for family or friends, while a welcoming lounge, cozy video game nook, and wet bar create inviting spots to relax after a sun-soaked day.
Outdoors, your private paradise awaits. Your private sparkling pool, surrounded by lush greenery, creates the feel of a secluded jungle sanctuary. Multiple patios and gathering spaces ensure endless ways to enjoy the Florida sunshine:

No pets allowed
7-night minimum rental per city ordinance
Proper county and state taxes collected regardless of booking platform
Renter must be 25+
Maximum occupancy: 10 guests (including children)

This house did not disappoint. The photos are recent, not like what we have seen in past houses. Everything was beautiful! The pool actually felt heated. They also have bug stray unit which saved me from itching all week. Multiple washer and dryer’s. Multiple dish washers awesome! Enough pool chairs and towels for 8 people. Enjoyed playing favorite games like frogger and pac man plus many more on the gaming unit provided. Great location, close to stores but still tucked away on quiet street. We would definitely stay here again when our travels bring us back to this area. You should give it a try. The host was most delightful to work with. Can’t say enough about how much our group enjoyed this property! The time spent here was fun but too short. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us! Diane R.

Very welcoming and easy to follow check in and check out procedures. The place was very clean and very well stocked with everything you need. Pool was nice and comes with quite a few floating toys. We had 10 people and never did we feel crowded.

This amazing, high-end home was perfect for our two families (5 kids). The property offered stunning sunrises, a pool, and a fishing dock. It was incredibly comfortable, fully stocked with high-end appliances and amenities, and the host was super responsive. Highly recommended for a relaxing, luxurious vacation.

Kelly was amazing from the very start. Her enthusiasm for this beautiful property is contagious. Lazy Manatee is exactly as pictured, immaculate, luxurious, comfortable and homely. The pool is amazing and our family spent loads of time playing and relaxing in the crystal clear pool. The outdoor space is ideal, plenty of sunny areas and plenty of shaded areas too with the outdoor TV being an added bonus. Marathon is a brilliant family getaway with something to suit all ages. Our two youngest especially loved the Dolphin Research Centre where they spent playtime in the water with the dolphins. Sombrero Beach is wonderful too.
