Positioned right in the center of the canal, it offers 20/30 amp shore power, a fish-cleaning station, bait freezer, floating dock, and unbeatable water access. This home has a 7 night minimum policy. We rent Saturday to Saturday only unless arranged otherwise with property manager. There is no smoking allowed inside the home! Pets may be considered with an additional pet fee and deposit. Pool heat is an additional $250 a week. There is an elevator available upon request for a $500/week fee (Unavailable at this time due to repairs until further notice). Usage of the 20/30 Amp power at dock for large boats is an additional $250 a week. There are 8 “outside only” security cameras covering the driveway, dock and pool areas.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful vacation home! The house itself is large, spacious, and perfect for multiple families — everyone had plenty of room to relax and enjoy themselves. It's just a short drive to the beach, which made it super convenient for quick trips back and forth throughout the day.The property is absolutely stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds, a great pool, and a private dock that added something really special to our time there. Whether we were lounging by the pool, enjoying meals together, or watching the sunset from the rooftop, every moment felt like a true getaway.The owner was incredibly friendly and easy to reach, which made the entire experience even more seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and relaxing escape!
