About this house rental
Welcome to this spacious family home, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment with over 3200 sq ft of living space and two living areas. This home is very comfortable whether relaxing, sunbathing, or fishing from the dock.
The pool measures 14 X 30 with a depth ranging from 4 to 6 feet, complemented by an 18 X 30 tiki hut and a soothing waterfall from the spa into the pool. Privacy fencing surrounds the area, along with comfortable pool furniture, a gas grill, and an additional 28 X 16 tiki hut for outdoor gatherings.
Upstairs, you'll find two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom, while downstairs features two queen beds and a pull-out couch. Convenience is key with two sets of washers/dryers— one on each floor— and downstairs amenities including a nice fridge, microwave, and toaster oven for your refreshments.
Entertainment options abound with seven TVs throughout the home, including two impressive 75" TVs (one upstairs and one downstairs), two 55" TVs, and three 40" TVs. Outside, enjoy 75 feet of deep-water dockage, complete with a bait freezer and fish cleaning table. Two two-man kayaks are also provided for your pleasure.
For added convenience, there's a spacious two-car garage to store your vehicles and fishing gear, along with plenty of parking space available. Whether enjoying the pool, exploring the waterways with kayaks, or simply relaxing in this expansive home, it's designed for everyone to make the most of their Keys stay.

Very spacious, everyone had place to use. Then we would all gather together for TV, or together for chatting, lots of card playing. Everything went well Location was great.
