About this house rental
Enjoy Ocean views and stay in luxury at this brand new five bedroom four bathroom Marathon masterpiece including a pool and 40 feet of dockage overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The spacious kitchen, cocktail lounge and living area with a giant TV make for a wonderful relaxing stay. Five bedrooms and four full bathrooms will accommodate large groups. Upstairs find two master suites and a third suite with direct bathroom access making this a great couples getaway. Unique pool has both sun and shade with optional pool heat for a fee.
Like to fish? Fish right in your own backyard in the canal. Snapper, Tarpon, Pinfish and other species can be caught right from the dock. Have the kids catch Pinfish from the dock, put them in your live well and head to the reef to catch the big ones! Bring your boat and be on the Atlantic in less than a minute for world class fishing and snorkeling year round. Like golf? Sombrero Country Club is also minutes from the house. If paddleboarding or kayaking is your thing, the flats right outside our canal are great for that activity also. Paddleboard or kayak to your hearts content! After your long days boating, fishing, golfing, biking, paddleboarding or kayaking, relax by the pool that will be the perfect temperature with optional heating and chilling. You earned it!

This home was a perfect place for our party of 8 to vacation. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of beach towels and other beach necessities. The beds were comfortable, and the tankless hotwater heatee was a plus with 8 adults. If i could suggest one thing it would be to have either a dresser in the master bedroom or access to the closet. There was not alot of places to put our folded close. We enjoyed the pool as well as seeing manatees every day in the channel. I would recommend this house,we stayed for a week and would stay again.

Like other reviewers have noted, this is a newer, very nice home in a good location. The pictures as of early 2026 don't do it justice. It has modern appliances, and we ended up cooking about a third of our meals at the house.It's a quiet neighborhood. We were slightly worried about the airport across the highway, but we only heard a couple private jets the entire week we were there. Even though we were only a couple of blocks from US1, we did not hear much if any road noise - zero from inside the house.We brought a 23 foot boat and had no issues tying up to the seawall, though it was even easier since I brought a 10' long inflatable fender. There's enough room in the canal to turn around without any drama. If you are parking your trailer at the house, note that there is a vertical clearance in the carport area of around 8 feet. I needed to remove my PVC trailer guides, but it was very convenient to have a "free" place to park it.Access to the Atlantic is very fast and straightforward. The outer channel is well-marked, but be advised that it is 2 feet deep at low tide. We saw depths just below that with the wind blowing away from shore, but we still made it in with the motor trimmed up. The house is more or less right between Vaca Cut at Key Colony Beach and the cut under the Marathon side of 7 mile bridge. Head into Sister's Creek at Sombrero Beach if the Atlantic is rough for a quiet short cut to several restaurants in Boot Key Harbor.

We had a fabulous stay! There were 10 of us (5 adults and 5 teens/tweens) and we had plenty of room. The dock was perfect for the rental boat. We really enjoyed our stay. Messages were responded to quickly. Check in and check out were easy.
