About this cottage rental
A beautiful home that can only be described as a luxury beach cottage, on exclusive Dodge Lake. Another Lily of the Keys design, this luxury home is thoughtfully laid out with five bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom boasting floor to ceiling tile, solid glass doors, and an additional half bath for guests. The home is fully furnished with king-size beds in each bedroom, as well as 50-in TVs. The living room has two large couches with an 85-in flat screen TV for a great entertainment experience. But you are not going to want to watch TV with the incredible view that overlooks beautiful Dodge lake. Even doing the dishes will be a joy with the window over the sink providing a view of the lake. Custom concrete pool with sun ledge, and patio area leads out to the approximately 76 foot TREX Deck dock. The home is located less than 1000 ft from the public boat launch, so this is the most convenient vacation rental for boaters in all of Marathon.I personally love key west when i was in my 20s... Marathon is where i like to be. I have owned vacation rentals in Marathon since 2005. I rented vacation homes from others here before 2005... and was always disappointed in the condition of the homes. I thought... "I can do better"

The house is beautiful and very well stocked with everything you need. The pool was fantastic. It was a really nice size and heated. This house has a wonderful view from every floor. The outdoor furniture was ok but could use more lounge chairs and comfortable seating on the patio as well. The hot tub was a nice size and used often on cool evenings. We did have a problem with the beverage cooler in the kitchen which we told the property manager about. It was never fixed. This was not a major problem but would have been nice to use. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful Keys home.

The house was perfect for our crowd of 10. The property managers were so attentive with special requests and more. We had an issue with power to the hot tub one evening and they had a repairman there is about and hour, fixed the issue and had us enjoying again in no time.
