    Basically the best hotel I have ever stayed. They have all what I needed when I work at ipoh. Staff are polite, helpful and friendly. Room are perfect with the size, cleanliness and their breakfast can be good as a 5* hotel. This is definitely my first choice to stay in every of my coming business trip in Ipoh.

    The checkin process was so slow even though not so many guests were on queue. After a while, I was asked to proceed with check in at level 2. At level 2, the FO staff informed my room was upgraded. On the next day, when we want to have breakfast, we were told by the F&B staff that our room does not cover breakfast. We have to go to FO counter at lobby to confirm, since our initial booking included breakfast. After checking, we were allowed to have the breakfast. It’s my first time staying at the hotel, and i’ve already experiencing so much. I’m really upset with the service. Also, I’d like to suggest to improve the room number signage because they’re unnoticable. Please also install full body mirror in the room, not just in bathroom.
