    This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Ipoh. The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. It was a relaxing experience from check-in to check-out. I would happily return.

    Why need face recognition, is s waste of time, and not children friendly, I don't feel like home, like going work or airport. Caused jam up. The front desk is too far seperate, why they scare get rob? No closeness between staff and patron. Location a little out of town but I like it not so busy. The carpet is worst with dark patched and dusty. They offer some delight for teatime is advsntsge for this level of hotel. There is a swimming pool which is very pleasing. Evening piano is too short to welcome guest.
