    Bilik okay. New pool lebih baik dari pool lama. Tapi breakfast area is very inconvenient for family with toddlers, kena go around in circle. We got parking ticket eve when we're parked depan hotel.

    Honestly, our stay at Impiana Hotel was a bit of a mixed experience😭 First thing first, baru masuk bilik dah rengsek sikit sebab lampu rosak + aircond tak sejuk. We called room service and were told maintenance would come, but lama jugak sampai akhirnya kitorang kena turun bawah sendiri and inform receptionist. Eventually settled, so okay. Then otw nak pergi pool, we stopped by The Deli sebab nak beli kudapan. Food prices were pretty standard, cake RM12, chocolate croissant RM7 TAPIIIII Coke was RM12.++ 😭 We were macam “eh mahalnya Coke?” but we literally didn’t complain pun. Just borak-borak outside The Deli. Then the staff saw us and made a comment along the lines of, “Tak pernah datang hotel ke? Even Weil Hotel pun RM14 tau.” Sir??? 😭😭😭 It wasn’t even about the price anymore. We were honestly offended by his rudeness and the condescending way he spoke to us. Like… we were just talking, not asking for a refund 😭 A simple explanation would’ve been enough. Next morning, breakfast was another letdown. Food wasn’t that great and drink choices were quite limited. BUTTTT shoutout to Miss ***, the hotel manager. She listened to everything properly, didn’t defend the rude staff, and immediately contacted the F&B person in charge to settle the matter. The F&B manager was also really nice and handled it professionally. So overall, stay dia memang ada ups & downs. The room issue and breakfast were already a bit disappointing, but what really left a bad taste was the unnecessary attitude from that one staff. At least management handled the complaint well and actually listened. Service recovery was good, but the initial experience could definitely be better. Would we come again? Hmm… maybe, but definitely hoping for a much better experience next time. 🥲
