New and well patronize apartment.
Comfortable stay. Bright and colorful. Nice pantry. Has all a condo facilities. Gym is great.
Has to drive out or take Grab as there are no shops around. Cost of Grabbing charge is minimal as it’s near all places of interest.
Everything works eg aircond, WiFi, TV system.
Downside, the swimming pool is small so is always full of children.
Clothes hangers was not install on to rack. It as placed on shelf but cannot be used as the holding rings are not put through the poles.
I would recommend and personally also consider this place again if I come to Ipoh esp with family.

The staying place are good. The staff at reception counter can't communicate well. Their English Language understanding is not good. I don't understand. After talking I realized they are not Malaysian. The worse is their policy of one set key per room is inconvenient so the movement from the the room is limited . my daughter wants to move independenly and we need to stay back because lackk of access key. When I asked for extra key they charge a deposit of RM200(cash) . It's really took me by surprised and inconvenient.
