skvělá lokalita - kousek pěšky na metro, čistý dům, byt byl prostorný a teplý
spousta zařízení v bytě nebylo zcela funkční - rozbité rolety, pruh přes obrazovku tv, roztavená lišta za sporákem, netolčil se talíř u mikrovlnky, nefunkční skřínky v kuchyni nešly otevírat, padaly dolů nebo vůbec neměly písty, bylo těžké se dostat pohodlně k nádobí. Nádobí bylo uložené velmi nahoře, ani člověk 190cm vysoký nedosáhl ze židle až nahoru dozadu pro nádobí. Židle byly u stolu velice nízké, stůl byl tak při jídle téměř pod bradou. Nemohli jsme se najíst všichni spolu, bylo v kuchyni i obýváku málo židlí a místa u stolu, museli jsme jíst zvlášt po skupinkách, což bylo nepříjemné, jeli jsme užít čas spolu. V bytě byl pouze jediný hrnek pro pět hostů a jediná rolička toaletního papíru pro 5lidí na 5dní, který nebyl doplněn ani na žádost. Velmi těžké najít v okolí parkování a okolí bylo velmi špinavé, všude po ulicích odpadky.

Günstiger Preis, sehr praktische Lage an der Endstation der Metro. Gute Betten mit sauberer Bettwäsche.
Ausstattung teilweise kaputt und verdreckt
Kommunikation mit Ansprechpartner schwierig, bei Ankunft kein Zugriff auf die Schlafzimmer da diese abgesperrt waren. Informationen zum Aufbewahrungsort des Schlüssels wurden erst nach mehrmaligen Kontaktversuchen und Anrufen geteilt. Auf eine spätere Nachricht bezüglich der kaputten Spülmaschine wurde nie geantwortet.
Prinzip zum Öffnen der Tür wird per Video geteilt und ist nicht selbsterklärend; dieses kam erst auf Nachfrage nachdem die Check in Zeit schon begonnen hatte.

The apartment was nice, spacious, and visually pleasing, with really good location just 4 minutes from metro station.
Communication with the host was challenging, and some things in the apartment were not working properly. Although the host usually tried to resolve the issues, these problems affected our overall comfort during the stay.

La casa è spaziosa e ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno confortevole (tra cui lavatrice e macchina del caffè)
Si trova inoltre a circa 300 m dalla metro battistini con cui si può raggiungere il centro e nel mio caso, la posizione era comoda per raggiungere il policlinico Gemelli che è a pochi km e ci sono degli autobus che si fermano proprio di fronte all'ospedale.
1)Il check in va fatto online e anche le chiavi sono elettroniche quindi per chi è poco pratico è meglio avvisare il giorno prima così possono eventualmente raggiungervi di persona e aiutarvi. Nel mio caso comunque siamo riusciti a risolvere telefonicamente.
2)il personale che gestisce l'alloggio da remoto è gentile ma non molto celere nel rispondere.
3)abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia, è stato mandato un manutentore ma in realtà non ha risolto molto il problema
4) non forniscono abbastanza asciugamani, solo teli doccia quindi vi conviene portarveli da casa
5)ultimo ma non per importanza...non c'è il bidet! 🥲
