Would stay again, great for a family

Great location outside the city but very easy transport to and from. Bus stop just outside the door. Super market and great small coffee shop basically next door. Host was very helpful

We had a wonderful holiday and I would happily use this property if I come to Rome again.

The property was clean and spacious. It had excellent transport links for sightseeing. There are good shops close by where you can buy a range of food including fresh fruit and delicious pastries. Paolo, the owner was extremely kind and very helpful. It was a great base for our visit to Rome.

Pleasant

The location was within walking distance of the Vatican and also close to buses. Large apartment and fully stocked with all you will need. It was also very secure.

We had trouble with the dishwasher leaking over the floor - even without us using it! The electrical system shuts off regularly - especially when using the oven. And the wifi alternated between bad to average. These were all relatively minor things - but they did impact our stay.

Excellent from start to finish. Great place to stay in Roma.

Location was excellent. Bus and metro nearby made it easy to get into the attractions and connect to Rome and the Vatican. It also made it easy to get away from the busy city center at night. Car from the airport made it easy to get settled. Supermarket, restaurants, and the best gelato nearby (Pelican). Very comfortable place to stay.

No complaints that would prevent us from staying again.

Large apartment with enough space for a large family, so you don't get in each other's way. The location was good, there is a bus stop right in front of the front door, and the train station is about a 5-minute walk away. Supermarkets also within easy reach. the host very friendly and replies quickly.

Superb

Paolo was very friendly and super helpful taking time explain all the relevant transport links. The accommodation is spacious and well equipped. It was very convenient for getting to and from the central areas in Rome.

There is some road noise at certain times in the day that can be heard from the bedrooms that some people may find annoying.

Great vacation

We two families of 8 people spent the week in this apartment. We are very satisfied and recommend this apartment: 1. Quick response by e-mail after order, all information was very detailed. 2. Arranged transfer from and to airport was in time, very comfortable, our return flight was at night. 3. Warm welcome and easy communication with owners, quick and easy key transfer (3 sets) , detailed explanation how to use everything in apartments, about city transport, where is good pizzerias nearby, etc. 4. Very good wi-fi, there are lots of tourist information, city maps. 5. Environment is safe, we walked at night, there are lockable yard gate and house entrance doors. 6. The bedrooms are spacious, plenty of space for things, two bedrooms have exit to terrace. 7. Two bathrooms, each with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer. 8. Great kitchen, large refrigerator, plenty of dishes, cups, glasses, diferent tools, pans, pots, there are everything to cook for 8 persons. We found in the kitchen oil, salt, pepper, other spices, tea, coffee, paper towels. 9. The dining room has a large table comfortable for a large group of people to eat together. 10. The best thing for us was a large terrace with a table and enough chairs for everyone. 11. The bus stop is nearby the house, all the tourist attractions are easy reached by buses, just one bus change in piazza Cavour, 1 ticket (1,50 eur) is valid 100 minutes, you can change buses for your needs with the same ticket, we didn't use the subway. 12. House surrounded by many small grocery stores, pizzerias, cafes, nearby (2 stops) is a 24-hour supermarket, and we liked the lack of tourist crowds in this part of city.

Super séjour !

Petit-déjeuner non inclus. Super emplacement. On a réussi à garer deux grandes voitures dans la rue devant l'appart (places non payantes). Il y avait aussi des places de parking en libre service au tour de l'appartement.

Dans la cuisine, la hotte ne fonctionner pas. Du coup, il faisait très chaud lors de la préparation des repas.

Hjelpsom vert, god kommunikasjon. Veldig serviceinnstilt. Stor leilighet med store rom. Aircondition på alle soverom. Rent og fint med robotstøvsuger. Balkong som passet oss for frokost og ut over kveldene. Bakeriutsalg like om hjørnet og kolonial 5 minutter unna. Kort vei til bussholdeplass med ca 20 min til gamle sentrum. Mulig å gå hele veien for de litt spreke. Skal jeg til Roma igjen vil jeg sjekke om denne er ledig.

Noen småting er det alltids men ikke noe av betydning for oppholdet.

Przesympatyczni właściciele. Pomocni w każdym momencie. Czysto i schludnie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, odrazu przy przystanku autobusowym i stacji metra. Komfortowy apartament z dwoma łazienkami, trzema sypialniami i dużym salonem oraz dobrze wyposażona kuchnią. Wszystko uzupełnia duży taras gdzie można posiedzieć i zjeść wieczorami. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Właściciele muszą zainwestować w dobrej jakości pościel i wszystko będzie rewelacyjne.

Locatie buiten het drukke centrum van Rome, maar met het OV (Trein, metro, bus) goed bereikbaar. Allerlei voorzieningen in de directe omgeving (supermarkt, (afhaal)restaurants)

Geheel onbelangrijk, maar een koffiezetapparaat zou prettig zijn. Nu met een cafetierre goede koffie gezet, maar met een grote groep is het behelpen.
