Ruhige Lage, super Betten (bis auf die Schlafcouch), tolle Ausstattung inkl. Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln. Effektive Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern - bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur ein unverzichtbares Muss, das hervorragend funktioniert hat.
Bei der auf der Buchung angegebenen Telefonnummer meldete sich der Anrufsbeantworter eines Krankenhauses. Auch beim zweiten Versuch, wir haben uns nicht verwählt. Es war Glück, dass gerade jemand vor Ort war, der die Endreinigung vom Vorgänger machte. Sonst hätten wir nicht gewusst, wie wir reinkommen sollen ... und ohne Italienischkenntnisse wäre es noch schwieriger geworden.

Przestronne i duże pokoje, dobrze wyposażone, dobra komunikacja z centrum ( bezpośrednie połączenie autobusem nr 46). Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
Dało się czuć kanalizację w Łazienkach ale wynika to bardziej z tego że są to starsze budynki niż z winy właściciela bo w mieszkaniu/łazience było czysto.

Appartamento molto ampio e accogliente, in ottima posizione rispetto al Policlinico Gemelli.
È anche silenzioso e dotato di ogni comfort.
L’unico appunto è per la porta del bagno che non si chiude a chiave.
È vero che si può parcheggiare liberamente in strada nei dintorni dell’appartamento, ma trovare posto, soprattutto la sera, non è sempre un’impresa facile.

It was clean. The air conditioning is working properly. Good coffee.
The check-in hours are between 12-23 and I estimated our arrival around 12-13 ... we were in front of the building, when the owner announced us that we can check-in anly at 3 p.m., so we had to wait for 3 hours around the area. The hot water has no pressure. Not very comfortable beds.
