O lugar é ABSOLUTAMENTE LINDO! Se você gosta de algo mais vintage, tem uma queda por vitrais e afins, você também vai se apaixonar por essa estadia. O lugar é uma joia e mostra personalidade. E um apartamento mais antigo e por isso tem suas peculiaridades, então você precisa entender o local em que está ficando. O nosso anfitrião foi super educado e prestativo. Voltaria várias vezes e me imaginei morando lá.

Se você é acostumado a tomar banho em chuveiros, pode estranhar um pouco os apoios para a mangueira da banheira e do outro banheiro, mas nada que não possa ser controlado. Também poderia ter a área ao redor do banho e vaso do segundo banheiro limpos com algum produto mais forte.

The location was great! We had a reasonably short, scenic walk to St Peter's and restaurants. When we needed to use Uber, we waited at the end of the street at Via Aurelia, where the access and pickup/drop off were easier than other locations might be. We got very lucky and found a parking spot for our rental car very close to the apartment. The apartment was quiet, and we enjoyed watching the green parrots eating nespole fruit outside the window as we had our breakfast. The AC worked well and there were units in the main room and the two bedrooms. I think the rate was a good value for a 2BR/ 2BA so near the Vatican. A couple of the restaurants nearby, Bono and Vino & Peperoncino were especially friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our vegetarian preferences. The photos with this review show a parrot and the cupola of St Peters that is your view as you walk from the apartment to the square.

Fabrizio did not meet us at the apartment at check-in time. We tried to call him several times with no response. Eventually, the housekeeper let us in and gave us the key. We never saw him the entire stay. One of the bathrooms is really tiny. We made it work, but we are short and small. The kitchen is also very small. Don't plan to cook. (I was looking forward to going to the Gregorio VII market and doing some cooking, but we found most of what we wanted in the restaurants.)

La organización del check in aún indicando la hora de entrada. No había nadie en el alojamiento ni ningún mensaje informando donde estaban las llaves, tuvimos que llamar al teléfono de contacto y esperar hasta poder entrar.

A região é agradável, embora não esteja perto de estação de metrô. Fica bem à uma curta distância da Basílica de São Pedro.

A apartamento é muito mal cuidado e o contato com o proprietário é difícil, além da absoluta falta de educação. No apartamento há armários sem portas, luminárias sem lâmpadas ou quebradas, torneiras a pingar, descargas com mal funcionamento e que passam dia a noite a vazar água e não tem internet ou não funciona. Tive que abrir o ralo da banheira com uma faca pra conseguir escorrer a água. A cozinha é boa e bem equipada, mas não deixam sequer um pano de prato ou toalha de papel. Trata-se de um apartamento descuidado em que o proprietário não faz nenhuma questão de tenha uma boa estadia. É como se estivesse fazendo um favor para o hospede, mas mesmo assim este te que vos pagar. Sequer as mensagens deixadas no booking são respondidas e é preciso bastante esforço pra receber uma resposta mal educada feita por mensagem de telefone. Até hoje o meu pedido feito no booking está sem resposta.
