Die Lage war wirklich super um Nizza bei Tag und Nacht zu erleben. Check-In hat entsprechend der Anleitung funktioniert und auch die Empfehlungen des Hosts waren top. Probleme wurden schnell behoben.
Die Wohnung verfügt über kein Klimagerät, wodurch es im Sommer enorm warm in der Wohnung wird. Die Dusche ist nicht wirklich klug konzipiert, da hier schnell Wasser überläuft. Leider ist der Check-In, etc. automatisiert und dadurch sehr unpersönlich.

Close to the beach. In the heart of old city.
No air conditioning. With a pub on the same street, keeping the windows open at night meant dealing with noise, while keeping them closed made the apartment very hot. In my opinion, air conditioning is really needed here during the summer.

Lokalizacja jest cudowna! Idealna na krótki city break, kiedy musisz mieć dobrą bazę wypadową do wielu miejsc.
Wszystko było w porządku, było czysto, schludnie. Mieszkanie małe, ale wystarczające. W środku wszystko, co było mi potrzebne, łącznie z suszarką, żelazkiem i deską do prasowania. Dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Na pewno wrócę!
Jedyny mały minus to prysznic, który zalewa łazienkę ze względu na swoją budowę, przez co trzeba suszyć dywanik i używać mopa po każdej kąpieli. Ale da się przeżyć :)

La localisation était bien en plein dans le vieux Nice bien que un peu loin de la gare.
Là décoration était plutôt jolie et c’était propre .
Le mauvais service ,les odeurs d’égouts qui ressortaient des canalisations à cause des fortes chaleurs .
Je ne parle même pas de l’odeur de cave et de moisie dans l’escalier .
Le studio n’était pas dutout lumineux pas climatisé .
Et on nous a donné seulement 1 serviette chacun il me semble que 2 aurait été le minimum quand même .
