This apartment was in an amazing location. We loved how spacious and comfortable it was - it had everything we needed including beach mats. The host was very welcoming and accommodating of our requests. It was worth every cent. I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our 8 day stay in the Paganini Apartments. The apartment is very spacious with 3 generous sized bedrooms and great air conditioning. It is right in the heart of Nice Ville, but is very quiet at night. Our family of 4 were in Nice when it was very hot and the apartment was a beautiful place to regroup after exploring the Côte de azure. If you can book it. We highly recommend.
It didn’t bother us as do take note that there are stairs to the apartment. Not a negative, just a fact.

The location is fantastic! So close to the daily market and the beach - right in the middle of Old Nice. It was all new and clean.
There is no separate table to eat with 6 people. There are 4 high chairs for the kitchen counter and 2 additional folding chairs. The staircase of the building has some broken/ loose tiles.

Property is very clean and in center of old Town Nice. Hundreds of restaurants to choose from with various cuisines
Climbing 2 floors on the broken tiles were extremely dangerous and one can fall. Lugging suitcases to the 2nd floor is not easy without an elevator. Foul smell on the staircase while you walk up and doen
