Great location, shopping and beach within a 10-15 minute walk and especially loved the Local Coffee shop around the corner. The villa provide excellent service and communication!!
During the time of my booking, the villa was listed: “Brand New Villa, Walk to Seminyak Beach” - with that, my expectation is a brand new villa, it was not. The villa was nice, comfortable, and again service and communication was exceptional, but would recommend cosmetic updates, surface cleaning, and some attention to details.

Beautiful and spacious. Pool gorgeous and beds so comfortable. Excellent location too.
Hard to find. Would be helpful if there was clearer signage out the front of villa and the sign on the street had name on both sides.

Friendly staff and great location in the laneways of Seminyak. All bedrooms were lovely with gorgeous bedding and great air conditioning
Hot water downstairs was very temperamental- it either wasn’t enough for two showers or didn’t give us hot water at all!
Pool furniture and living room furniture in need of replacement. There was no place to lounge around and not enough for the possible 6 person capacity.
