The central location of the apartment made exploring Venice very enjoyable, everything we could want was right on our doorstep! Checking in was made very easy and clear by the host, and we were able to relax from our journey in a spotlessly clean and comfortable apartment. We had plenty of space to relax, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfortable and clean. An ideal home base for a wonderful trip to Venice.... Oh and less than 30 seconds to walk into St Mark's square, FANTASTIC!!
There is one small flight of steps up to the apartment on the first floor, but it was only tricky on the first and last day with the suitcases, and given that there are steps and bridges throughout Venice, it really wasn't a big deal, just a heads up. Whilst the apartment was clean and well presented, the bathroom is starting to look a little tired in places and would benefit from a bit of a refresh in the quiet season to match the rest of the lovely apartment.

A bit tricky at first. We initially had the address next door and did not see the updated instructions on WhatsApp or e-mail. Once I got it sorted out, it was wonderful. Great location and apartment. Would definitely go back
musty water smell in hall, bathroom. I am guessing expected with the amount of water that they have in that area at certain times of the year. Not a big deal, but some folks may have an issue.
