First and foremost, a huge thank you to Mr Li Wei, the hotel manager, who truly went above and beyond for my mum and me. From the moment we arrived until we left Lijiang for Baisha, he made sure we were comfortable, well settled and genuinely taken care of.
As we spoke very little Mandarin, his kindness and attentiveness meant so much to us. He made us feel safe, reassured and completely at ease. This was more than just great service—it was genuine hospitality that made our stay in Lijiang truly memorable. Thank you, Mr Li Wei!

Perfect location within Lijiang Ancient Town, with convenient pick up locations (a short 3-5min walk away). We stayed in the family suite and the hotel assigned a hotelier or room manager, Nana to our room. Throughout our stay, Nana welcomed us, took care of us and ensured we had our meals. The hotel offered breakfast, afternoon tea and warm milk for bedtime. When we had to go out early for day trips, Nana prepared takeaway breakfast for us to bring. She also recommended activities and things to do in Lijiang, and helped to guide us on Halal food around the area as well as for the hotel breakfast. It was indeed a wonderful stay and my family and I would love to return.

Location inside old city, but still close enough to the edge for easy access. Eitherway, hotel provides pick up and drop off services for free of charge. Personal assistant NaNa was super friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel environment clean and beautiful, peaceful and good view at the roof top. Had a good stay.
