We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the service exceeded our expectations! All the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. A very special mention goes to Ms Tong, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant and memorable experience. The hotel kindly provided us with complimentary airport pick-up, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The staff also recommended famous attractions and shared useful information to help us explore the area. What impressed us even more was their assistance in arranging a one-day tour to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Ms Tong and the hotel staff helped us negotiate a much better price, making their tour package the most affordable option we found. We truly appreciated their honesty, effort, and willingness to help us save money while enjoying our trip. The hotel’s location is strategic and convenient, and the room and surroundings were very clean. The excellent service, friendly atmosphere, and thoughtful assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Ms Tong, and the entire hotel team for your outstanding hospitality! Your kindness and dedication truly made a difference to our trip.

We stayed for 3 nights in Aug 2026. Staffs were very attentive and helpful whenever we needed something. Rooms are newly renovated with updated fixtures, clean and roomy with a patio to enjoy the cooling weather! We found out that the hotel's manager is also a certified Tea Master! Of course we had to request if we could have the honor to have a session at the lobby on one of the nights - he very kindly oblidged and we had very insightful chats with him about tea and anything under the sun! Location of the hotel is also right outside the Old Town - very convenient as it was just at the circumference of the biggest tourist attraction there, where cars are still allowed to drop/pick you up. They even provided free airport transfer (1-way)! Communication with the staff there was also a breeze, we were greeted daily with smiles as well. Plus, Chagee is just downstairs! Chagee is sharing part of their courtyard I would say. Hotel's exterior is also giving the ancient vibes which we loved 😍 Fun fact, we got to know that the wooden carvings are only allowed by families with Royal blood - interesting.
