Good location, near to ancient town. Hotel has its own lake and a big garden to walk around. Nice view of the mountain.

The villa was really nice and felt like a luxury holiday plus housekeeping cleaned it every day. The staff were really nice, they even helped when i had a medical emergency. Views within the hotel compound were exceptional.
Would be better if the 2 bedroom villa had 2 bathrooms.

Location and view - design of hotel done well
Some of the rooms need a little attention. Decor and phones etc. not all working

The villa is large with nice views and near to the key tourist spots, the mountain and Lijiang Old City. The restaurant staffs are most helpful and friendly.
The interior finishes and furniture worn off with broken balcony door is a sign of lacking proper maintenance. Inspects are natural in resort but significant amount inside the room and even got into my luggages are a bit too much.
