Same pillow. Didn't change even after my 2nd time staying in the property

Being near to my family who reside close to the apartment we rented.

Due finding it difficult to get up 2 flights of stairs also the hallway carpet was filthy and the 2 or 3 steps did not have the appropriate metal edging. It unfortunately unkempt and unprofessional. Being able to get in communal apartments building without a key. The main security could easily be broken into due not opening and shutting correctly. The shower head and hose was not also connected correctly so water squirted out inappropriately. Finally, we unable to return the keys properly at first due to not having the security code because when we arrive we had to call the property team when it was raining so forgot number. We called 3 times and left a message however it took them over 45 minutes to return my phone call and didn't seem concerned about our own professional concerns apart from having the apartment keys returned and put in key box for the apartment we rented for 2 days. I filmed the apartment however the website will not allow us to upload our video unfortunately. I would stay again due to the unprofessional behaviour of the proprietor.
