Stylish Modern Apartment

The apartment was beautiful. Coffee and Tea provided was a lovely touch. Very Clean.

We booked because the description said car parking space included. It was not. Had a real problem with parking the car as all carparks are 4 hours maximum stay. There is no on road parking without a permit.

Het parkeren was niet volledig gratis zoals wel aangegeven was. De instructies voor maps zouden beter kunnen en het bed was voor 2 personen ook erg smal.

Nice flat, had all I needed and more. Very clear messages between staff. It wasn't too far from the centre of Bristol. Very good price and parking was easy.

It wasn't very clean, there were a lot of marks in the flat and the staircase outside the flat was muddy and lots of broken parts. The front door often wasn't locked and someone had drawn a hate symbol on a door in the building that wasn't removed the whole time I was there.

We were overall happy with our stay, it’s very local to the harbour and many of the sights of Bristol, with an Asda conveniently only a few minutes walk away. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

My partner and I recently stayed at this apartment during our few days in Bristol. We agreed a check in time with the host a couple of weeks before we arrived. On the day of our arrival we had arrived and parked up in the car park next to the property before receiving any check in information. I had to physically message the host to ask how we get into the property, after a few minutes of waiting in the car outside the check in information finally arrived. We had also received a message asking us to reset the WIFI in the apparently as they “were having issues with it”. Once we had got out the keys and our bags into the apartment we spent a while looking for the WIFI router to reset it as we were asked. There was no router ANYWHERE to be found. So once again I messaged the host to ask where it was so we could reset it, I was to receive no reply for the entirety of my stay. Luckily we had little to no issues with the WIFI during our stay. On first impressions the apartment appeared clean but on closer inspection the headboard had a layer of dust and the toilet still had remnants from the last person who had used it, there was no bleach around to even be able to clean it, as you can imagine we did not expect this and were pretty disgusted by it to be honest. I did also have to was up the mugs and glasses before they were used as they appeared to have only been rinsed after their previous used and then put back in the cupboard. The apartment itself is quiet and you cannot hear much from the apartment across the hall but the stairwell echos every noise possible! However we were disappointed by the cleanliness of the areas we’ve mentioned above. All things considered, minus the issues mentioned, we would have given the property 5 stars.
