Le N° d'entrée de l'immeuble ne correspond pas à la réalité. Heureusement qu'il y avait des photos pour me montrer le chemin et trouver le bon immeuble et le lieu pour les clés.

Месторасположение хорошее. Всегда есть место, где припарковать авто без необходимости платить. Надо отметить, что этот объект размещения идет вместе с частным гаражом,но мы ни разу не воспользовались им, так как на улице всегда были места. Недалеко находятся такие города Швейцарии как Лугано, Беллинцона и другие.
Нет посудомоечной машины, нет кухонного ножа. Кофе машина Dolce Gusta была неисправна во время пребывания. Неудобно принимать душ, так как шланг до душа не дотягивается до крючка/держателя. На раскладном диване очень неудобно спать. Есть стиральная машина, но не пользовались.

Appartamento molto bello, accogliente e attrezzato. Comodo il box auto a disposizione. Posizionato a 10min circa di auto da Como. Consigliato per chi vuole visitare la città e la Svizzera vicina.

Funktionale, sympathische Innenausstattung. Grundausstattung in der Küche vorhanden. Prima ist, dass ein Tiefgaragenplatz (direkt aus dem Haus zugänglich) zur Verfügung steht. Wohnung in zentraler Ausgangslage für Ausflüge an den See und nach Mailand und in die Region. Wohnung gepflegt und sehr sauber.
