The quirkiness of the decor, the large rooms, the setting of the property.
Most of the dining room light bulbs didn't work (3 working out of 9), bathroom mirror light (1 out of two), none of the standing or table lamps work, no chairs to watch TV, some utensils missing parts, no heating, many mains sockets did not work, double bed quite small. Not professionally served for guests. We know because we rent our property out too. After chasing host via booking.com we got the access information close to arrival time
