Warm, welcoming and comfortable

Lovely warm, comfortable apartment. Well equipped and spacious. Safe underground parking. Close to major roads when travelling. Owner was great at communicating and working with customers to sort out late arrivals. No issues at all and would recommend.

We only stayed one night so don’t really have any negative comments.

-Groceries nearby! -Parking downstairs ( included in rent price) -Acceptable view from balcony.

Messy flat. It really needs some renovation — the walls were dirty, and it was unpleasant to look at them. Lacked essentials. If you plan to cook, better book a restaurant instead. Unclean bed. I didn’t use the duvet because the bed was dirty.

Cosy and friendly

Giuliano was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us to get from Milano Bergamo Airport to Gerenzano. He recommended buses and trains with the exact times and picked us up from the train station. The best host I’ve ever met.

The receptionist is a very warm person, along with helpful nature. Also the fact that since you stayed there for long made the stay very comfortable with welcoming you with water. Rare case in europe.

Ampia vetrata, e terrazzo molto carino e spazioso ,camera abbastanza ampia con tutto l'occorrente per soggiorni medio/brevi. L'host cortese e disponibile

Freddo, freddo ,freddo! Nonostante il climatizzatore al massimo , abbiamo patito il freddo dal primo all ultimo giorno. Credo fosse determinato dallo scarso isolamento termico. Sarebbe stato carino lasciare in dotazione una coperta in più. La porta del bagno si apriva a fatica e presentava un vecchio squarcio centrale cercato di mascherare alla meno peggio. La struttura sarebbe da rinfrescare perché ha del potenziale

Buena elección en Gerenzano. Lugar tranquilo.

Limpia, buen aroma; ventanales gigantes; con cochera subterránea y acceso por ascensor; supermercados a 6 cuadras espectacular. Y la estación de tren a 10-11 cuadras.

En nuestros días de otoño se ponía frío x la tarde-noche y el aire acondicionado no era suficiente (además que un poco te asfixia ese aire). Pero Giuliano se ofreció a dar un edredón extra.

Appartamento abbastanza grande, é presente il condizionatore, un frigo la cucina, e un bagno. L’ideale per un paio di notti. La stazione si trova a 10 minuti a piedi

La televisione é posizionata in un punto scomodo, il telecomando funziona solo da vicino. La tenda della doccia é un po scomoda da usare

Dicht bij de snelweg. Veilig parkeren in de kelder van het complex. Positief ontvangst. Hotel kwaliteit handdoeken en lakens.

Geen koffie in de ochtend, maar voor deze prijs hoef je die niet te verwachten.

Permanenza breve ma ci ritornerei..

La struttura è comoda e ben illuminata da ampie vetrate, molto bravo Giuliano sia nel farci sentire a nostro agio , sia nella cura della nostra permanenza..

In realtà non è qualcosa che non ci è piaciuto, più un consiglio.. e non so se anche negli altri appartamenti sia così, ma sarebbe stato più comodo se ci fosse stato il phon..

Ein Reinfall

Es gab leider nur zwei gute Sachen an dieser Unterkunft. Die eine war die Untergrund Garage, wo wir unser Auto kostenfrei abstellen konnten und der Mann, der sich um den Gebäudekomplex gekümmert hat, Guliano, so wie wir verstanden haben, ist das nicht der Besitzer. Er hat sich mit uns per WhatsApp in Kontakt gesetzt, hat uns Essensmöglichkeiten empfohlen, und hat uns alles sehr gut erklärt in der Unterkunft. Sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Der erste Eindruck war nicht sonderlich gut, da die Fußmatten überall verstreut waren. Das hinterlässt keinen guten ersten Eindruck. Die Ausstattung in der Unterkunft war okay, aber das nützt alles nichts wenn es nicht sauber ist. Der Boden war nicht sauber, die Gardinen sind ausgefranzt und dreckig, die Wände haben fettabdrücke, die Badezimmer Tür hat ein schlecht zugespachteltes Loch, und das schlimmste war, dass es in der Dusche Insekten gab, und zwar nicht wenige. Wenn wir einen Schwamm und Spülmittel von denen nutzen wollten, kostet dies 3€, was ich so aus anderen Unterkünften nicht kenne. Sehr schade, dass man dieses Potenzial dieser Unterkunft so verschwendet. Die Garage dient auch als Sperrmüll Ablage, was auch nicht sonderlich schön anzusehen ist, wenn man auf alte dreckige Matratzen schauen muss.

Esperienza da evitare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sicuramente lo spazio a disposizione, il parcheggio disponibile al coperto, i servizi vicini con l'automobile e il condizionatore.

La pulizia orrenda! Il pavimento non viene pulito chissà da quanto era talmente nero e pieno di polvere che sembrava di stare all'aperto e non in un appartamento. La doccia sporca e le ante semidistrutte, gli scaldasalviette pieni di polvere e gli asciugamani ultra consumati messi sopra, la cucina con il rubinetto semi rotto e pochissime posate a disposizione (se metti la cucina a disposizione devi dare anche gli strumenti necessari e puliti), e un solo sacchetto della spazzatura per 4 giorni (neanche altri sacchetti a disposizione nei cassetti). La terrazza talmente sporca e piena di ragnatele che neanche si poteva uscire e neanche magari un paio di sedie a disposizione per stare all'aperto. Il tappetino di ingresso lercio e buttato sotto la porta di ingresso, diverse placche per la luce assenti e fili scoperti, alcuni battiscopa assenti. Direi che di note negative ce ne sono parecchie ed è un peccato perché la struttura è moderna come forma e potrebbe dare di più ma così non si può tornare, è indecente! E le tende enormi e mai pulite piene di polvere per la gioia degli allergici come me. Ci vuole pulizia profonda!!!!!!

L'accueil de Juliano! Très bien expliqué! La literie était confortable. Un grand frigo avec des petites bouteilles d'eau offertes. La climatisation était tellement agréable sous 40° Nous pouvions changer les serviettes de toilettes tous les jours si nous le souhaitions.

La cabine de douche était légèrement trop petite pour des personnes corpulentes. Le pommeau de douche accroché au mur, nous prenons une douche froide le temps de faire chauffer l'eau! Ça ravigote! Le sol n'était pas très propre.

Grata estadía.

Apartamentos limpios, luminosos, muy bien ubicado y razonable en calidad-precio. El anfitrión, Giuliano, fue muy atento y amable en todo momento, hasta nos advirtió sobre la zona de restricción de tráfico en Como para no sorprendernos con una multa. Servicio completamente recomendable.

Sehr gutes Zimmer, riesige Terasse dazu, alles sauber, auch in der Küche alles vorhanden um etwas zu kochen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang beim Einchecken, es wurde zudem alles genau erklärt. Das einzigste was weniger gut ist, die sehr dünne Bettdecke, ich habe den Vermieter darauf angesprochen und er hat sofort eine weitere und bessere Bettdecke geliefert. Auch hat diese Unterkunft ein sehr starkes Internet. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiter.

L'host è stato gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi eventualità. Ci ha gentilmente portato un phon per i capelli dato che avevamo dimenticato di portarlo. Nella stanza c'erano diversi mobili/ripiani per riporre oggetti vari. Letto comodo.

Lo spazio per cucinare non è molto, ma più che sufficiente.

WC já merecia uma renovação, mas estava bem limpa. Sinal de rede de Wi Fi fraca no meu quarto, mas como a necessidade de acesso era pouca não influencia muito.
