really bad experience

the apartment is well equipped

The entire apartment was unkempt and neglected. The bathroom was damp, musty and moldy (molded shower, moldy drain in the shower, mold around the sink). neglected kitchen, frozen fridge. The average person can't stand up in the bedroom. The unpleasant owner demanded check-in details several days in advance and threatened that if we didn't provide the details immediately, we wouldn't receive instructions for entering the apartment.

Appartamento curato e pulito, in un'ottima posizione! Luca è stato molto disponibile e rapidissimo nel rispondere alle nostre richieste.

L'App utilizzata nella fase di registrazione dei documenti, risulta parecchio macchinosa. La scala a chiocciola può essere pericolosa per chi ha bambini o chi ha difficoltà motorie.

"Siamo stato ospiti di questo appartamento e posso dire che è stato un vero piacere! L'appartamento è stato arredato con gusto e cura dei dettagli, ogni angolo è stato pensato per rendere il soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. La pulizia e l'ordine sono stati impeccabili. La posizione è ideale per esplorare la città e i dintorni. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e cordiale. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque cerchi un posto accogliente e confortevole dove soggiornare.

Siamo stati molto supportati dall'Host dell'appartamento, che ci ha accompagnato in seguito alla prenotazione e sino al check-out, rispondendo a messaggi anche in tarda serata.

Comodo ma andrebbe migliorato

Ottima posizione vicino a mezzi di trasporto e qualche supermercato. Struttura sufficientemente pulita, Luca è stato molto premuroso e disponibile anche se, ha consegnato l'appartamento con più di due ore di ritardo mentre poi al ceck out alle 10:00 in punto ha iniziato a chiamare facendomi fretta. Appartamento comunque spazioso e ben organizzato.

La scala all' esterno dell' appartamento è abbastanza pericolosa, poi la camera da letto che è nella mansarda ha un tetto troppo basso per andare da una parte all'altra del letto devi piegarti in due o sbatti la testa, la scala a chiocciola non è molto comoda, ha gradini piuttosto alti non fruibili facilmente da tutti. Al piano terra dove c'è il divano letto, non si possono oscurare in alcun modo le finestre rendendo difficile il riposo.

Authentiek met wat geurhinder.

Mooi authentiek gebouw waarin het appartement zich bevindt met gezellig binnenplein. Leuk keukentje om te eten, echt een Italiaans gevoel.

Het rook er muf en dat werd wat gemaskeerd door (naar onze ervaring) te straffe geurverspreiders.

Laut, staubig, enttäuschend – wir sind nach wenigen Stunden abgereist. Keine Empfehlung.

Die Wohnung war grundsätzlich sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet.

Während unseres Aufenthalts fanden laute Bauarbeiten im Haus statt – stundenlanges Bohren, Lärm und Staub machten eine Erholung unmöglich. Die Umgebung wirkte auf uns wenig einladend. Trotz Abreise ohne Übernachtung und zusätzlicher Hotelkosten kein Entgegenkommen.

L'appartamento è ben posizionato rispetto al centro, è curato e pulito. Soggiornando in estate, il piano superiore con la camera da letto risulta molto caldo ma la presenza del condizionatore risolve il problema. Comunicazione con l'host chiara e rapida.

Gute Lage zur Autobahn. Das Appartement war zweckmäßig u. Sauber. Es hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz aber wir haben schnell einen gefunden

Odore sgradevole di scarico per tutto il soggiorno è stato necessario tenere la finestra aperta, tetto in soffitta basso, divano letto: ferro della struttura del divano sotto la schiena, cuscini in materiale sintetico di cui due senza federe, presenza della macchina caffè Nespresso ma con solo 4 capsule per tre notti

La posizione era comoda a servizi e facile da raggiungere

La pulizia non era ottimale. Appena arrivato c'era puzza proveniente dal bagno ed ho dovuto arieggiare per molte ore affinchè passasse. I termosifoni erano impolverati per cui il calore del termosifone ha sollevato la polvere depositata, diffondendola nell'ambiente.

gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet (nicht gebraucht), kostenlose Parkplätze um das Haus vorhanden, grosses Badezimmer
