LUXURY 3 BED FLAT for 8 people close to Chelsea Stadium 5 min from the main station

It was very attractive and easy to use. It was very quiet, so I was able to get a good night’s sleep.

It was a bit of a struggle to climb the stairs with such a large bag. It might be a little tricky to adjust the water temperature.

The property was clean and easy to get to via sat Nav, Host gets 10/10 for their prompt responding and was very helpful. Location wasn’t its best looking especially in the night bee nerve wrecking and intimidating but close to all amenities and to the station Hammersmith. We had a 3 day stay and use to coming to London so we loved it and weather was lovely other then the night when it was very warm and humid (fan) in the bedrooms and living room would have been fabulous but didn’t interfere with our stay as windows were wide open and helped with humidity. A small cosy 2bed and very well maintained and ideal for a short or long stay but ideally suited to 3-5 people max I’d say and we were family of 7 with small 5 kids so found it slightly smaller and tight compared to our own home. Kitchen was equipped with most basic appliances and equipment a good thoughtful gesture and property was well looked after and maintained to good level.

Would have preferred property being provided with a lift, as property is located on 3rd floor and nightmare to take luggage on 3 stair floors very tiring and exhausting after a long 3 hour drive down. Also onsite free parking would have been very ideal as it’s difficult to find cheap or free parking especially if ur not a London resident. (£20:00) max a night for parking which is expensive for longer stay would have cost loads to pay on top of stay. Also alot of small pest / creepy crawlies in property, unfortunately mostly in kitchen after 12 midnight or when you off the light a lot of small silver pest coming out from wooden kitchen flooring and from the gas cooker. In the bedrooms their was spiders 🕷️ in hallway and bedroom which kids found scary could be because of the humid weather and windows being open getting in. Lastly most annoying and unexpected we came across was on day of leaving, property check out was at 11:00am and we were intruded with a member of cleaning staff who turned up at 10:00am expecting us to be out of property…when explaining checking out was at 11:00am and we still have a hour to leave she replied “oh okay” and then left but returned again…felt like we were being pushed out….we didn’t appreciate that and having 5 small kids who were playing up we were running late and behind schedule, would have appreciated understanding and support but left after 11:30am…the lady explained she was the cleaner and was here to get property ready for next stay ,she was polite and made conversation with us but if she and management showed understanding and support and not treated us rationally on check out our stay would have been 10/10 from 7/10.

Had a positive experience here. The place was easy to find, check-in was simple and the location worked really well for exploring London. Would happily stay again.
